We tend to want to change things in our lives when we're in desperate need. If we can put into practice healthy daydreaming on a regular basis, we allow our energy to naturally expand into what is possible for us. When we allow ourselves to explore in this way, we begin to change our frequency, which naturally begins to align us with new things. The biggest challenge we have as a society is practicing how to tune in to ourselves and know that taking the time to daydream and align our energy is valuable and that it's not about how much we can get done through action. This is a powerful place of knowing.
