NHL training camps open, Nathan MacKinnon's team friendly deal and Bill Daly on the salary cap, world cup and the Hockey Canada scandal

Bill Daly, the deputy commissioner of the NHL joins Russo and Sean Gentille from NHL media week to discuss a number of topics including the salary cap, the world cup, advertising on jerseys and the NHL's view on the recent sexual assault scandals involving Hockey Canada.
