1. Tongue tie, mastitis and extended breastfeeding with Zahra Bowden Thioune

In this episode I interview a mother of 2 boys Zahra. Zahra lets us in on her breastfeeding journey with her first son, which included a tongue tie revision, mastitis which resulted in a breast abscess and initial problems with weight gain and attachment. She went on to successfully breastfeed her first son for over a year. Her second breastfeeding experience was very different from her first. It felt more natural, easy and instinctive from day one and she is currently still breastfeeding her nearly two year old.
