17. The Top Up Trap

This is a must listen for all pregnant and new breastfeeding mummas! There is a way to top up (or give a bottle of expressed breastmilk or formula after a breastfeed) without causing your breasts to start making less milk! Sometimes we need to top our baby up with some more milk and that is ok! We just need to protect our breastmilk supply and I will go through this with you! The top up trap - it doesn't need to be a trap!
