In this episode I interview Lucy. Lucy is a mother of 3 boys, having successfully breastfed them all. She lets us in on her journey of delayed milk production early on, to the truths of demand feeding and how that really looks, to breastfeeding in public as an expat in different countries. We discuss breastfeeding goals and how they can change between children. Lucy is currently still breastfeeding her youngest son who is 12 months.
