5. Painful attachment, frequent feeding and exhaustion, with Penny Blunden

In this episode I interview Penny Blunden. Penny shares her breastfeeding journeys with her 2 little boys Rex and Jack. Penny breastfed both her boys for about a year, however she explains the hardships she had to go through in the early months, which included frequent feeding day and night, a bout of very painful attachment and exhaustion. Penny had severe hyperemesis with both her pregnancies and she explains how this left her feeling very depleted.
