Feminine/female rage is the righteous anger we feel at a world that subjugates and violates us daily. Female rage has become a ubiquitous topic, but it’s time we discuss how to channel it productively. Unresolved anger turns into resentment, hatred, and psychosomatic symptoms like digestive issues and migraines.

And guess what – we’re not contestants in the Suffering Olympics like Victimella is. So let’s put our female rage to work.

  1. Channel rage into creativity (6:14)
  2. Reconnect with your ancestors (10:25)
  3. Be so grateful it’s cringe (12:37)
  4. Recalibrate the algorithm of your life (16:29)
  5. Find a physical release (21:05)
  6. Understand the law of inversion (22:33)
  7. Be a bigger bitch than before (27:11)

đŸŽ™ïž About the podcast: The patriarchy is starting to crumble, but sadly it probably won't be fully dismantled in our lifetime. In this podcast, I help women exploit the system's loopholes while finding the hidden ways the patriarchy conditions us to leak our power. Because guess what? Power isn't given, it's either taken or created. And it's time to take back the power the patriarchy stole from us.

👾 About Neeki: I earned my Bachelor’s in Public Policy with High Distinction and went on to complete my Master’s in Political Science, both at the University of Toronto.
