As a woman, your truth is one of the most sacred and valuable things you have. What I mean by your truth is all your life experiences, thoughts, goals, insecurities, traumas….everything that makes you, YOU.

Your truth is a garden that most people don’t deserve to access. The problem is that the patriarchy understands how valuable a woman’s truth is, and people are lying to you from every direction to try and access your truth. Telling the truth isn’t the default for most people.

In this episode, we’ll discuss:

- The different tiers of people who want to access your truth

- An example of a silly man from the 1500s who made it known he was using the truth for bad intentions, and how people came together to send him on a 2000-mile wild goose chase for 1.5 years

- A technique for testing someone’s reaction to your truth, without actually sharing your truth and making yourself vulnerable

- How and why withholding your truth is different from “lying”
