Last week, I introduced you to my husband Ed and he described his experience with chronic Lyme disease, nervous system dysregulation, and yes- big, baffling behaviors.

Those of us who love people with big, baffling behaviors have our own unique and oftentimes traumatic journey.

I know my journey is very different than yours, but I hope that there's moment or two in this episode where you feel seen and less alone.
