1 Samuel 12:1-15 (From Creation) - Samuel Steps Down as Judge Forever

The judges have now been replaced by kings. Samuel gives a goodbye speech:

• Samuel explains that he and his sons are no longer judges forever
• Samuel protects himself from future ridicule
• Samuel tells the people why they never should have abandoned God as their King
• 3 reasons why judges are different from kings
• The meaning of "walk by faith, not by sight."
