Deep Dive with Blue Lotus

The original habitat of the blue lotus was along the Nile river and in other parts of East Africa. However, back in ancient times, it was spread through the Indian subcontinent and Thailand due to the flower’s alluring appearance and perfume. From the waters, the flower buds rise to the surface where they open to reveal her blue petals with yellow centre each morning. They close again as the Sun prepares for his evening rest. Rare as it is, the scent of these flowers can be captured and the alluring Blue Lotus brings great benefits to the body, heart and soul.
