The Throat Chakra for Spring Equinox and Mercury Retrograde

Last week was the Equinox on Earth as the Sun aligned with the equator. This spreads an energy of balance across the planet as well as the Sun moving into the sign of Libra (a sign of harmony). In the Southern Hemisphere this signals the half of the year to come into action and that starts with the words we speak and the plans we make. This coming week is Mercury Retrograde which also can cause communication struggles. This balance of the throat chakra is imperative at this time so this week's episode takes a deep dive into this energy centre of self-expression.
