Bonus Episode! AI, Mental Health, and Finding Your Crew with Super Cr3w
Om avsnittet
I recorded this one live from the Not Alone Awards, powered by the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation and presented by NAMI and the Inspiring Children Foundation.
I had the pleasure of sitting down with Super Cr3w, the b-boy crew that won season two of America's Best Dance Crew.
They've been dancing together since 2000, and now they're producing their own family show on the Strip, Robots vs. Ninjas.
What started as a fun backstage chat turned into something much deeper. We talked about AI and screens, and what it's like raising kids who were born into them. We also talked about breaking as therapy, grieving a parent through movement, panic attacks that came out of nowhere, and what it means to have a crew who has been your soft place to land for more than 20 years.
Follow Super Cr3w on Instagram and Robots vs. Ninjas to catch the show next time it's on stage!
