A little while back, I got to chatting with Lee McLean. At the time, I’d just released a conversation about the things I turn to when the world feels hard or tense, and we were discussing how the lessons we learn with horses often translate into everyday life. I found the conversation so engaging that I asked her to come on the podcast so we could share our thoughts with all of you.
