Jay is an expert in Transnational Crime, Ethics in Policing and Organized Crime.  Jay was the Director of the National Institute of Justice,  He served as President of the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences.  We talked about teaching in Criminal Justice, the state of policing today and leadership in police organizations.
