Eight Men Out (1988)

To discuss the most American past time we have brought our first foreign correspondent and friend, Pierre (@disc0p on Twitter).

Pierre, a brilliant mind and magnificent poster, helps drag us across the finish line of probably the most boring movie ever made on baseball. The Chicago White Sox (a bunch of drunk irish men) throw a world series, and they should be ashamed of themselves, because you should heroically sacrifice your well-being and wages to play baseball.

Every actor, every role in this film suffers from too pure of an irish bloodline. Everything is garish, red, and vaguely drunk.
