The space between thoughts… This was the first piece of advice that I learned from my therapist. A classic overthinker, I was and times can still be. She recommended that I slow down.
I used to think if I slow down I’ll loose everything. On some level that was true - I had to slow down to shed the old me, to sharpen my skills and fully develop who this new person was without all of the chaos in my brain. I shed old ways of thinking, parts of my business, parts of me that I no longer needed where I am headed. And developed a trust that I lean on everyday with myself. Its powerful and everyone can do this for themselves
