What is the consumer looking for in 2024?

This year people are really wanting to purchase from a place of knowing that their investment is going to pay off. The purchaser is looking for, authenticity, real answers, results driven content, reasonable expectations, etc. 

What we have seen over the past few years especially in the coaching industry is that so many people have been burned, by the wrong coach, over promising and failing on delivery. This has had a huge impact on the industry and honestly the client, rightfully so isnt wanting to fall into another trap, speaking from experience here. 

So how do you want to show up online to build actual trust? So many of us fear sharing our opinions online because we feel like people wont agree, or there will be backlash. Or is it because we aren’t sure of our own beliefs yet?
