S16E19 - What Fresh Hell Is This?

Bottom of the league, another home defeat, and somehow we still think this might work. Flav, Ricky and Big Jon pick through the 3–2 loss to Aston Villa and ask whether Tottenham’s improving performances offer real hope or just another way to torture ourselves.

We discuss De Zerbi’s search for the right midfield, the missing number ten, Solanke’s struggles and why Savinho gives us reasons to believe. Plus, Porro’s injury reopens the Spence debate, Gallagher gets his flowers and Jon proposes a fairly radical solution up front.

Also: commentary that makes everything worse, strained relationships with our dads, and whether we used up every available prayer in Bilbao.
