The Curse of The Cat People (1944) (CINEMA CATS #1)

Meow, meow, hissssssssssss. That’s right snobbiest, it’s CINEMA CATS TIME!! This month we are picking films with cats or are VERY loosely connected to cats. Ricky, a snob or cat lover, is very excited about this genre. Eric is less than pleased. Today we listen to Eric’s pick, directed by the great Robert Wise, director of great films like West Side Story and The Sound of Music comes “The Curse of The Cat People.” This film is a sequel to the wacky film “Cat People.” Eric admits that Cat People had more cat content and that he messed up by picking the sequel…oh well. Ricky is gone, Jared explains the deeper meaning behind one of the great films of the 40’s, Cookie Cat talks about Budweiser a lot, and Ethan shares sentimental stories. It’s a good ep people.
