In this episode, Ray talks to Ben from an outdoor cafe in Ibiza. Because of some excess wind, we had to do some significant noise reduction in post-production and it sounds a bit wonky. We apologize. Nevertheless, it's a great episode that hits all the major notes: Garmin, Strava, drugs, etc. There may or may not be some youtube karaoke.
