EMBARRASSMENT IS THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR EXCELLENCE.

You can't be GREAT without being SHIT first. The messy ‘middle’ work between where you want to be and where you are is unavoidable. Failure and embarrassment is the tax you pay for creative success. So you might as well go for it and get the shit parts out of the way!

In today’s episode I’m sharing a rant of gratitude towards my past, audacious and courageous self. Because I would be nowhere without her. 

I recorded this in the middle of writing an essay on my laptop, sat on my pink sofa, deep in a juicy flow state - and I realised how many experiences of failing HAD to come before that wonderful moment. Things are only easy now because a previous version of yourself had the courage to try and try again.
