LOVER GIRL, YOU NEED BOUNDARIES!

This is not just another pep talk about boundaries. Today we’re getting into the nitty gritty of what that looks like and sharing some of my own personal experiences with struggling to set them. Because when you’re a lover girl with a BIG fat fucking open heart and you’re used to letting people walk all over you - boundaries don’t feel kind. It feels cruel. It feels like you’re being MEAN. It feels like you’re being SELFISH. 

And you need to set them anyway. 

The world needs more women who are full of themselves and I will be here as often as fucking possible to remind you that you are allowed to take up space in the world, starting in your own life.
