James has written 10 books covering all the information he has uncovered concerning the, who and when, of Oak Island lore. James' theory was voted #2 in the top ten theories about who would have brought treasure to the Island and why.

James has started a new podcast called Oak Island Plus along with Researcher John Hamels Ph.D. They continue tracing the evidence to solve this 228 year old mystery.
