He shares his passion locally in Brooklyn and globally on Glo. In this conversation, Quamay chronicles how he went from a new yoga teacher teaching for free to making It a career on one of the most well-respected and internationally recognized online platforms. In between, he has done It all, managed studios, led retreats, and participated in several yoga teacher trainings all while navigating two of the most expensive cities in the country.
