Straight outta Hells Kitchen, Ariel Arce was a young gymnast, film student and actress before she pursued a career in wine, Champagne, and hospitality. She got her chops with Grant Achatz in Chicago and Ravi De Rossi in NYC before opening her first venue, Air’s Champagne Parlor. Ariel has since opened buzzy Tokyo Record Bar, Niche Niche, and soon to open Special Club.
