Actually, it's first party, objective information from reps themselves about how much people make at different companies. You can access that data set once you contribute your own information on a blinded basis. Using RepVue, you can figure out exactly what people are making. You can't look at their individual W2s, but you can know that if you work at XYZ company, then you can make up to $700,000 a year.
