Halloween Weekly Update: The Conjuring House, Freddy Returns & 100 New Animatronics | July 13–19, 2026

This week on The Halloween Podcast, we cover one of the biggest paranormal stories of the year as Jason Hawes is officially listed as the owner of The Conjuring House, take a look at HalloweenCostumes.com's massive reveal of more than 100 new animatronics and inflatables, and discuss the announcement that a brand-new A Nightmare on Elm Street film is officially in development, along with Robert Englund's thoughts on the future of Freddy Krueger.

We also head Around the Crypt with news about Connecticut's Forsaken Lands haunted attraction relocating, a new Choose Your Own Adventure Halloween book, and after-dark ghost tours at Australia's historic Gladstone Gaol. Plus, we remember Sam Neill and Brenda Fricker, welcome a new Pumpkin Room supporter, and read another fantastic five-star Apple Podcasts review.
