Brad and I go back to the CVS Caremark days (when it was still AdvancePCS), and we talk about where Brad got his start in HR, and how it shaped him into where he is today.

Brad and I talk about challenges, and Brad shares some of the incredibly difficult moments personally that are always hard to share. We talk about how we show up as our authentic selves and how that can be challenged by some of these personal challenges.
