John Baldino is an HR pro with over 30 years of experience that includes strategic planning, organizational development, coaching, leadership development, training, and so much more. But what drew me to John was his focus on the real mission of our profession - the care for people.

John talks about his background and what drew him to HR, and his role as President of Humareso.
