Habits are the result of being undistracted in the pursuit of purpose. Many people see habits as their gateway to change. Others see it as the key to getting what they want and yet many people still fail to develop them.
We go into the thinking behind habits that is needed to truly create a new habit that sticks. There are no formulas like do it "x" amount of times in this episode. If you have the right thinking, then habits are the end result.
We also have some fun as we talk about our favorite action movies and Garrett points out some of our favorite Hollywood movies that push the boundaries of unrealistic with shooting and action scenes. Episode 10 on habits is fun and impactful!
