Instagram Launches "Instants" - a New App for Low Pressure Content

The Instagram team has launched a new app called Instants in 2 countries, which seems to be remarkably similar to the old Threads app they had for sharing with Close Friends - before they cancelled that app and launched a different app named Threads. (Confused yet?)
