James Atkin has been the singer of EMF since 1989. The Gloucestershire band's debut single, 'Unbelievable', went to number one in the US charts in 1991. The group's second album, Stigma, is in the conversation for my favourite ever album!
As of June 2020, Atkin has released four solo records. The new EMF album, The Beauty and the Chaos, is released in January and the band tour the same month.
The group's new single, 'Hello People' (featuring Stephen Fry) is out now.
