Have you ever wondered why you’re so unhappy at times? Have you often wished you were happier?
Well, it’s possible, and you can be because your happiness is 100% reflective of your internal state. It does not come from outside of you, it comes from with it which means it’s an absolute choice to what degree you’re going to be happy.
The Buddha said something along the lines of “Your greatest causes of suffering is attachment.”
What do you ATTACH to? Homes, cars, money, people, ideas, beliefs?
The biggest cause of suffering for most is that they attach to “things” and when the things are not aligned with how they think they should be, they are then happy and “suffering.”
