If you’re like just about every person on the planet you’ve wanted something different in your life and you’ve tried to “change your mindset” to create new things in life, right?
And, if you’re like most of the planet, a few days later you’ve found yourself right back in your old patterns and ways.
Why does this happen?
Easy, “changing your mindset” does not work. It’s a left-brain process and behavior and habits come from a different part of the brain, the reptilian brain…so, when trying to think our way to change we have two parts of our brain at odds and the reptilian brain will dominate and always win!

To create the lasting and permanent change you must understand how your brain works in the process of change and then work with your brain to facilitate the change.
