Seb Zito - Writing an album, touring the world completely sober, life with a new baby

We're now 20 episodes deep and true gent Seb Zito joins me for the occasion.

Well known for his long standing residency with FUSE, Seb has really spread his wings over the last few years releasing on some of the biggest labels in world including Hot Creations, Edible and Saved to name a few. 

His label Seven Dials has also been going from strength to strength where he finds a happy medium between killer house vibes and naughty garage.

In this chat we talk about his new album which came out on Eats Everything's Edible, what it's like to play all over the world while doing 8 months sober, how he juggles studio time with a new born and much more.
