Part 1 begins with the BEASTIES roots as a hardcore punk band (back when they weren't a trio actually), moves on to their controversial (and influential) 'Licensed to Ill' period of collaboration with Professor Doctor Richard Rubin, and concludes with analysis of the groundbreaking 'Paul's Boutique'.
