Listen? You feel that? That distant rumbling….that quaking beneath your feet? That’s right! It’s The Last Action Heroes crashing into 2022 with our brand new second season!!This time the gloves are off as we change things up and pit a bevy of cinematic heroes against each other, Mano e Mano from across the ages of the HCU (Hollywood Cinematic Universe…shut up it’s a thing!) in the ultimate showdown to find out just who is the last action hero (besides us of course). To kick things off we’re braving the American mid-west desert with loveable cowboys Val and Earl in the original sand worm movie TREMORS (1990).Despite its name not all is well in the sleepy town of Perfection. People are falling prey to giant wormlike creatures burrowing beneath the sands and our heroes are going to need to keep their wits about them (if they have any) if they are going to get out of here alive. But are they up to the task?Join our episode host LEON and his 3 mean desperados BJORN, JESPER and DAN as they weigh up the odds on the reluctant duo to set the bar for the battle to come! We might even get their names right by the end of the episode!
