Next, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez returns to The Late Show with her assessment of today’s Jan. 6th Committee hearing and her assertion that any member of congress who sought a pardon for their role in the insurrection should be expelled from their seat in the House of Representatives. The Congresswoman also says Democrats, in particular President Biden, need to show the American people they are ready to fight and to create leverage by signaling willingness to expand the Supreme Court and end the filibuster in the Senate.
