Russia Proposes Ceasefire Starting Wednesday In Five Ukrainian Cities

After days of targeting towns, shelling homes, and slaughtering civilians, the Russian government is now proposing a new cease-fire. This as Putin claimed it would take only days to complete his “operation in Ukraine.” But, almost two weeks in, the 40-mile long Russian convoy hasn’t really moved.
