White House: Russian Invasion Of Ukraine Remains “Imminent”

President Biden said he is willing to order sanctions directly on Vladimir Putin if Russia enters the Ukraine. CNN teams are witnessing more military arrive in Ukraine as the White House characterizes an invasion as "imminent."
