So what I decided was to help anyone who’s interested in losing weight lose 8 pounds during the month of June. Starting on June 1, I will do live coaching calls where I will cherry-pick the most important weight loss information from Self Coaching Scholars.
I will share my personal food journals, mind journals, what I do each day, and answer any questions that you may have about your personal issues with losing weight.
