The Light Gate Episode #173: Lee Strauss

Lee is the Host of Spaced Out Radio's "Element 115," Friday evenings from 8pm-9pm Pacific. Lee's fascination with the unknown was sparked in his childhood, growing up in Washington State. Camping and hiking trips with his parents instilled in him a love for the outdoors, while his grandfather, a chief engineer at Boeing, ignited his interest in UFOs with captivating slides of sightings near Washington D.C. Influenced by his father and grandfather's passion for photography, Lee developed a keen eye for capturing life's moments. However, it wasn't until he began experiencing waking dreams that he stumbled upon a new purpose. Seeking answers, Lee joined a Meetup group for abductees and began working with Dr. Janet Colli. This journey led him to SUFON (Seattle UFO Network), where he met Tom Sanger, who gifted him his first night vision camera. Lee's first UFO sighting, captured at Mt. Baker, lasted an astonishing 15 minutes and sparked an unrelenting drive to master camera technology and capture evidence of the unknown.

As a founding member of UFOITEAM, Lee's passion continued to grow. He later branched out to form "Ander and Lee on the Trail," where he pushes the boundaries of innovation, striving to uncover evidence of UFOs and Bigfoot.
