The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon

The Losers get lost on the Appalachian Trail as they hike through Stephen King’s 1999 survival horror novel The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon. Together, they discuss King’s thoughts on religion, the novel’s parallels to sports and fandom, the metaphorical implications of the bear, and whether or not they could survive this hellish trek.
