March is a month of powerful, intense, and constantly changing energies. The first months of the year have been reasonably steady, but now in March is when we're really going to see the energy of metamorphosis, the key theme for 2025, begin.

This month’s powerful energetic conditions could trigger anything from conflicts to collapses, big revelations and large scale illusions dissolving, and the start of global shifts that could change the course of history forever. 

However — there is also another, very different energy rising in March. 

As these more intense energies emerge, there is also the rise of the light, of the higher frequencies, and the New Earth timeline that we are moving into. This month, many who are here now to bring in the New Earth timeline will be guided to reconnect with their light, true self, soul gifts, healing abilities and step into their purpose fully.

Visualisation is one of the most effective tools you can use in manifestation, to call in your dreams and even to transform your energy and your entire reality.

In this episode, I'm going to share why visualization is so effective, but also how to use it in the right way. Because there is definitely a method to using visualization for it to be really effective in manifestation, calling in the dreams that you have or to shift your energy.
