Rust Clone of Core Utils Breaks Ubuntu Updates

Ubuntu 25.10 dropped the battle tested GNU Core Utils, in favor of the untested, incomplete “uutils”. Why? Because they were programmed in Rust. And, as expected, things are breaking.
