Born and raised one block from her family's manufacturing business, Kyra swore she would never work there if "given the choice". In the end she decided to return to her manufacturing roots and become the 3rd generation to lead BTM Industries. As a woman who has spent her entire career in a "non-traditional" role, she is passionate about encouraging others to do the same, and has become an outspoken advocate for the industry and all it has to offer job seekers.
