Vivian Allen began her career in federal contract writing. After having her first child, she began supporting her father's injection molding business by reviewing HR related documents for regulatory compliance. Now she's been there 10 years and held various roles, the most recent being the role of president. Some major business development became necessary after an asset sale to their largest client left them without enough existing revenue to exist without changes. She has been heading up this "restart" for 6 months now.
