Riku is owner of the consulting and training company SYSE Oy and on the board of the Finnish chapter of INCOSE. So, he is very familiar with how systems engineering is applied in Finland. Riku is also the Finnish organizer of the famous Nordic Systems Engineering Tour that took place a week before our podcast. So we will also talk about the tour.
