Some narcissists are worse than others. This is NOT me trying to minimize what you have been through. But there are levels to narcissism. Narcissistic people vary on the scale on what they do and how they treat people. Not every narcissist is pathological, and the ones that are can get very bad.

I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
